Overview
Your dispensing and management systems are the corner stones of your business. Should they no longer do everything you expect and rely on them to do, then you need help and quickly. McLernon Computers prides itself on the quality of its service staff. All our engineers are highly qualified, MicroSoft certified technicians, fully conversant with every aspect of both hardware and software systems in your pharmacies in Ireland and are on call 6 days a week. Customer Service Helpline As they are employed by us, they know the need for a speedy resolution to a problem and understand that the information they are dealing with is highly confidential. Each field service engineer carries a wide range of spare equipment, and there are repair workshops in Belfast and Dublin. Installation, maintenance and service are all carried out at a time that best suits you and your business. Customer Services
Amanda Woods and Gareth McConnell of Customer Services The customer support offered by McLernon Computers has been recognised by the IPU as being the best in the business and we constantly strive to make sure we are meeting the needs of our customers. Staff on our customer helpline have more than 25 years experience with our systems and are a highly-prized link between our company and our customers. All of them have attained the Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician accreditation, most of them are educated to degree level and every one of them knows our systems inside out. Every client is assigned to a member of the team, thereby creating a personal contact instead of an anonymous voice. Engineers and Support We have a dedicated team of engineers who are there to help you with your installation and react quickly to any issue you may have, whether that be faulty hardware, responding to a flood or retrieving data. Each of our support vehicles is fitted with a tracking device so that Customer Services can tell at a glance the location of every engineer and give you an accurate estimate of their likely time of arrival.
