We have a team of trainers operating across the country and each customer is assigned their own individual trainer, who is happy to spend time with you in your pharmacy, walking you through a newly-installed system or demonstrating one of our innovative new programmes

Twenty five years in the business has taught us that expert training is essential if there is to be successful deployment of our systems, and we place great emphasis on the quality of our training methods and the calibre of our trainers.

Seeing off stiff competition from multinational pharmaceutical companies, McLernons won the inaugural Training Excellence award at the NI Pharmacy Awards in 2005.

Our team of trainers is headed up by Geraldine Kelly and Helen Taylor, and is arranged on a geographical basis. Training is available not just for pharmacists but for pharmacy and dispensing assistants as well. We also offer free training to all locums, to ensure that they are conversant with the most widely-used pharmacy software on the island of Ireland.
