As central control and management becomes an increasingly necessary requirement for pharmacy, the McLernons stable of products are supported by an ongoing range of head office, or centralisation functionality. Many closely tailored to specific needs.

MPS – Analysis
MPS data can be collated, dissected and analysed using McLernon’s sophisticated web based group reporting program. Using FTP servers either remotely or locally, any group management can tailor reporting to their needs.

MPS – Product Control
MPS product files may be centrally maintained allowing control over individual stores’ usage, ordering and purchasing policy.
Full cascade ordering policies can be applied.

Prophet – Price Control
In addition to the above functions, Prophet’s centralisation program also allows central control of individual pricing of OTC products at branch level. It offers comprehensive features to allow different policies to be applied to different branches where local pricing is commercial and sensitive.
