Prophet 2000 is a highly advanced and proven pharmacy EPoS system. Written specifically for the industry it had evolved to become a comprehensive and vital pharmacy retail management tool. It is the leading system in use throughout Ireland.

It is our policy only to supply professional grade equipment and we offer a wide range of EPoS hardware options on which to run Prophet 2000. Both the hardware and software is designed to suit any size of business, whether it be an individual retail pharmacy or a significant multiple.

From experience we know that the investment in an EPoS system is a significant and long term commitment. We have devised a system that provides our customers with support and assistance at every stage from purchase to installation and ongoing operational use. That support carries on long after the system has been installed (not a claim all our competitors could make).

We provide our customers with a pre-install site survey to make sure all cabling and equipment can be installed neatly and efficiently. We offer initial on-site training and guidance with building up a suitable product file even before any tills are installed. On the installation day one of our field engineers will fit all the equipment whilst our dedicated Prophet trainer is on hand to instruct staff on the system's basic use. This training is then ongoing and arranged between the customer and our trainer. Our extremely experienced telephone helpdesk staff are always on hand to assist with any day to day questions that might arise.

Barcode & shelf Edge Labeller
A fully integrated Barcode and Shelf Edge labeller is available as an ‘add-on’ to any Prophet EPoS system.

Whether you want small barcode labels to stick on un-coded products, or immaculately presented shelf edge labels, this module will effortlessly produce perfectly printed high quality thermal labels. And if your shopfit uses the ‘slip-in’ type shelf edge display, the system can even be specified with and an optional cutter that will precisely cut each individual label to your required size.

Products Prophet – Hand Held Stock Taker
Available as an ‘add-on’ to any Prophet EPoS system, the hand held device will further enhance the ability to control stock and stock levels in pharmacy. The hand held scanner enables the user to collect and process information in the front of the shop or storeroom and bring it to the back office PC to analyse the data.

The versatile Windows CE device (PT930s) provides connectivity with your back office PC enabling you to increase the efficiency of stock control on the Prophet EPoS System. The Windows CE software will allow you to choose the products you wish to track or even suggest those which do require stocktaking. They could be high priced items, cosmetics, a particular group of products or indeed a complete stock check.
